The beds provided great comfort during my stay.
Unfortunately, I encountered some challenges during my visit. The limited number of power outlets made it difficult to charge my devices, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I observed that the area outside the hotel seemed a bit neglected and could benefit from updating to enhance overall appeal. It was disheartening as this affects the first impression of the place.

This vintage motel surprised me with its charm. The Double Room with Two Double Beds was beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfortable, giving us great sleep after long days. I appreciated how they provided enough towels for our family without needing to ask. Wi-Fi worked well, making it easy to stay connected. For meals, Cotton Gin Cafe just down the road was a highlight. The upscale home cooking was delightful, even if it was a bit pricey. Service was top-notch there too. A surprisingly clean McDonald's nearby caught my eye. it felt more like a local spot with friendly servers and a cozy atmosphere. On the downside, the area did seem a bit worn and could use some sprucing up. Trying to find enough power outlets for all our devices was also a bit tricky since the available ones were limited. Still, I’d recommend this budget-friendly place due to its comfort and local dining gems.
